MegaRumba 2019 honored Latin Culture through live performances, cocktails, and food.

Honoring Latin Culture and celebrating their collective independence, patrons of the Wynwood District were granted the year’s biggest Latin Music Event! On July 20, 2019, Swarm Inc., hosted their 5th staging of the renowned MegaRumba Latin Music Festival in the heart of the art district, The Wynwood Marketplace. Families and friends were offered free entrance, family-friendly attractions as well as several vendor tents and food trucks to keep them occupied, fed and entertained for the entire afternoon, into the early hours of the morning. The first 500 patrons even enjoyed one free shot upon entering the event.

If the encompassing Latin Music resounding in the air as people tended to the various attractions was not enough, to top it all off, they were gifted astounding performances from artists and musical groups representing countries such as: Cuba, Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, and Puerto Rico. The lineup showcased sets from: Lenier, Orquesta Los Adolescentes, Sonora Carruseles, Periko & Jessi Leon, Diego Val, Manu Manzo, Domino Saints, and El Arka.

This year’s MegaRumba Music Festival catered to a stupendous 10,000 attendees. The success of this event was achieved thanks to Swarm Inc., along with several sponsors. Our sponsors distributed several samples and brand materials to passing patrons and engaged the crowd for the duration of the event. This year’s sponsors included: AARP, Estrella Jalisco, Getaround, GOYA, iHeartRadio, McDonalds, MiamiHotels.org, Miami Vice Marketing Group, Monster Energy, Myers’s Rum, NuevaLife, Papi Demi Sec, Soul Premium Cachaca, Splat, Telemundo 51, TU 94.9, Veza Sur Brewing Company and World Remit.

We would like to wholeheartedly express our gratitude to each individual and group involved in making this year’s MegaRumba Music Festival a success. Your efforts and contributions are greatly appreciated. See you next year!
